This routine is designed to build core strength, boost your stamina, and help you stay consistent with your goals.

The Workout:

 


Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with no rest between exercises.

 

  1. Bicycle Crunch (Left & Right)

    Focus on controlled twisting, bringing your elbow to the opposite knee.

  2. Bicycle Crunch (Alternate)

    Keep switching sides rhythmically to challenge your core!

  3. Crunch Kicks

    Engage your upper and lower abs by kicking out while crunching forward.

  4. Leg Raises

    Strengthen your lower abs by lifting your legs slowly and with control.

  5. Heel Touch

    Target your obliques by reaching side to side towards your heels.

  6. Flutter Kicks

    Stay low and move your legs quickly to engage your full core.

  7. Butterfly Sit-Ups

    Feet together, knees open — sit all the way up for a great full-range core exercise.

  8. Knee Touch Crunch Pulse

    Small, focused pulses reaching toward your knees to finish off strong!
